I can see both your points of few. If you have followed the AMA story from the beginning one will have immense respect and trust in Ray Malone and overlook the lack of transparency knowing his track record and that shareholders will continue to be rewarded longer term. If one is a recent shareholder and doesn't know that history one could feel miffed at the dilution and lack of detail. Im in the former camp and believe the good times will continue if one has a longer time frame and is not trading AMA; wrong strategy here imo. . So far so good.
