What mess? Ray Malone and his team have been responsible for rescuing AMA from near death not too long ago and lifted the share price from a few cents to 60 cents.
Ray Malone thinks like a proprietor and has serious skin in the game so his interests are aligned with everyone else. No governance or disclosures here. They have delivered for shareholders in spades.
