Good chance that statement was thrown in there as a bit of a "lend us money you schmucks" to the banks, why else would they have mentioned it's value but not recognize it on the balance sheet?
A $5-10m credit line for leasing would be a game changer, property backing it would/ should be good enough to get a nice interest rate.
Even just a $5m facility to start, once the $5m was used and was a proven cash generator the floodgates could open.
A little high risk but we need the factory cranking out substantially more units to be getting the profit flowing to the bottom line.
