Over the weekend, I read...and re-read...the preliminary final report.

As per my previous communications with the Company, Charles, Ivan, Jacky and the rest of the original crew have embraced Phil....and are listening. His approach and style suit the way the Chinese do business.

12 months in and you can already see tangible changes, with decks being cleared and now a leaner and far less complicated Company. In the scheme of 5 year projects, this to me is the true foundation.
I can't wait to see what happens next and indeed, what the final goal is. My suspicions are, that you may be right VYR and that Vmoto is being positioned as a taken over target.

I found it interesting that for the first time, a value had been calculated for our land and factory, albeit from an independent group who as we know, generally work these things out at "fire sale" prices.
Despite that, they still slapped a handy $5.9 million value on it (2.72c per share) and when combined with the NTAV of 8.11c per share, we are looking at a base share price that should be around 11c.

As this information is digested by a new and more receptive generation of investors, at 5.9c I believe Vmoto is poised for a pretty significant re-rate.
