if you have a look at the latest presentation, they are really pitching the "safe, steady, recession proof, good cash flow" story which l believe is pitched at the super funds that love that sort of thing.
am sure that some funds are running the ruler over it.
l think they will wait to see cash flow and dist next year because the yield is just too low currently for super funds.
also the proposed links east and south need to be more concrete.
personally l hope that an offer does not come soon. l would like to see the price move up into the 50 - 60 range and then t/o premium would push it to say 70s
