Nice bit of volume going through today - could CZL be about to wake up?

Unbelievable really that this is trading at pre-consolidation levels with the incredible zinc and silver results they have uncovered at Plomosas over the last year - this could easily justify a $20m+ market cap when compared to some of the other zinc hopefuls out there - surely there is going to me a major pump to get the oppies in the money over the next couple of months? I rate this easily in the top 3 zinc stocks on the ASX at present but for some reason this is not translating to an increase in the share price - is there manipulation going on here or does the market simply not get the CZL story?
