I have little doubt that RHM?s share price has recovered as a consequence of the imminent expiry of the Company?s 31 December 2010 listed options. It is fair to say that a considerable portion of the recent selling was by shareholders who were selling shares in order to fund the exercise of listed options.

Very unfair of you to ask me for a valuation. I don?t have a security dealers license and as such can?t make investment recommendations. I do, however, refer you to the report prepared by Veritas Securities in August 2010 (a copy of which is available on our web page).

Due to Mr Nind being away overseas the West Pit resource estimate has not yet been finalised. The feasibility study is, however, progressing rapidly and it is anticipated that it will be concluded by 31 March 2011.

I am not familiar with the third party articles that you refer to. It is, however, relevant to note that staffing for the project will be sourced from within the US and that our priority is completion of the feasibility study.
