LCK as I posted 3weeks ago(?) Gave everyone plenty of time to do some DD and get on board. If there was ever a no brainer this was it. Will this now cost a sheet load to get operational, yep. Like any resource it takes a lot of money to get up and running. Pretty sure if you look into the ann carefully you see management have taken all this in consideration and the answers are there for you.
