#2 yes settle as quickly as Chinese will allow them to - they obviously are at the mercy of a power that does what it wants regardless of its nominal laws - a big part of CWNs punishment is happening right now as the Chinese make CWN suffer and put the fear of ping into everyone else

Just an opinion and I think I'm saying much the same thing. Also not a CWN fan, don't follow it closely and find Casinos boring. I never bought CWN but still have a fairly large wack of them - been too lazy to get rid of them basically.
