    I would'nt be surprised if the barangaroo land is sold however I'm guessing that's probably not something that packer would do given its prime spot.

    The game changer would be to purchase the Star Entertainment Group Ltd and move the gaming license over to barangaroo and redevelop the star into some apartment city.
