Interesting to consider the new company policy of organic growth and emphasising relationship development is the polar opposite of the aggressive acquisition and deliberately becoming a 'pain in the arse' policy that failed so spectacularly.

Hard to see much logic in MTQ getting in, putting their man on the board, assisting in doing the hard yards leading to a rationalisation and modest return to profit, hoovering up more in the 3's and then not proceeding to T/O.

If the turnaround was not succeeding, they would not have thrown another cent into it.

Why wait until more company reports demonstrate increasing value and it costs more to take over?

Having had the balls to risk a fair bit of capital to rescue NMS in the first place and have recently been buying more, they must surely be feeling the turnaround is working after being closely involved for about a year now.

Why would they not want to gain the greatest benefit from what seemed a very strong intial foray by taking the next logical step?
