Asic are sitting on the sidelines shacking their heads at everybody.   Technically BLA haven't done anything wrong, all of the information was in the financial statements.   Its just that they did it via mis-direction and half truths.

And in terms of mismanagement - hey thats a matter for shareholders, not ASIC, if we are unhappy, we should communicate that and change the management.   Problem is too many sheep out there.
