The 10 Board as a collective has cocooned themselves with 'confidential, non-binding offers' whilst the different agendas selectively leak to either Fairfax or News.
So what we apparently know is that Time-Warner offered 24c for either Bruce Gordon's share or for the Network - which I don't know.
Foxtel/Discovery offer 25c which they reduce to 23c, for a Newscorp style structure that involves continuing B-Grade shares.
The fall in the $ makes it cheaper still.
Perhaps offers need to reflect this?
