I wondered about the price slide until I noticed JPMorgan selling

this worried me a little and still does and is the reason that I only bought half of what I wanted to buy

however the fact that the $1 placement was heavily oversubscribed tells me at some point there could be a buyer for whatever JP wants to sell offmarket

This was a huge price catalyst for EER which had a large share overhang however once Noble bought this the stock rallied to a high 37c from a low of 8c
