This is the exact stupidity i have mentioned regarding the offer.
Loss of human capital.
the ex-chairman was connected to the hilt, and his movement is a loss to the company. We can only hope that once this mess is behind us, he may reassume some position on the Board.
Per an earlier post of dimma's, fending off a bid will not aid tdo or dls in any way.
I said it before, and i'll say it again - hostile takeovers do not work in any way
