You can't use the previous share high as a judgement for SP indication in the future. For one there are more shares on issue after the chinese buy in stake plus the additional shares that have been issued since.

Also past amounts were based on higher resource values, and production at higher ore income (higher zinc & copper prices).

3year target like that would only be possible if they managed to do something with their Iron Ore, and get that into production by then.

Director buying is interesting, but could be just a move try and lift the shareprice by director buying. Maybe he needs a better valuation on his shareholdings to get a personal loan or something (not synical am I?).
