1.1 Receipts from customers down drastically for the qtr- why, with news of closing several deals what is the income stream, & what has changed to the income streams from the first 6 mths

1.9(a) acquisition would be Galavu I assume
1.9(d) what was purchased
1.11 Loan to Galavu, why when the business was just purchased was a loan to it necessary. Working capital, purchase of assets?- doesn't make sense to me

With cash at the end of the Qtr 1,606 & operating cashburn of 692/qtr, means 6 mths before the cash runs out.

Section 5- Acquisition of business entities has not been filled out.

Those attending the AGM, need grill the directors on the income stream- it seems to be falling away-why?
