got to be happy with things moving north and the levee's being broken so to speak (hopefully not spoken too early). I wouldn't expect a shareholder notice too soon, if you look at the last one from a few days ago it is dated 14 January 2010 unless I am reading something wrong. Although it's an obligation to notify it's generally up to the person/entity buying to notify the ASX and some entities may not even be aware of it cause they never read the rules...hopefully we can see things heading north from here is all I can say.
