"Every dog has it's day"
Not in the stock market they don't and especially penny stocks.
This stock had it's day years ago which has long gone, all that's left is this empty shell waiting to be delisted. Unfortunately until that day comes it will continue to attract inexperienced investors/traders thinking they will make a quick profit.
