3. if AYC's further drilling any good, we will be taken over by twiggy, I don't imagine twiggy wants to share all his hard work and investment with anyone else.

AYC has 16mil mc owns 60% of the mine, our 40%'s market value should be around 10mil, remember AYC doesn't have cash as well except 2mil injected by twiggy.
