matchbox, it's a regular occurrence in many stocks whereby a holder of shares lists them for sale at a high price as they don't want to actually sell them, to increase the sell side total market depth to try to get short term drops in share price so they can pick up cheaper shares to increase their total share holding. As the share price moves up and gets closer to the sell they have, they invariably move the order to a higher level to avoid being "taken" in a market trade. It's referred to as "capping". Happens the same on the buy side to artificially increase the buy side of the TMD.
