Last time I checked, there is about $5 million up for grabs in GDAOC conversion funds if the share price doubles from it's current position which will bring the GDAOC to "in the money".
I expect there will be about 50% of the GDAO converted short term ( for $500,000 cash) because they are so far in "the money" and profitable as a "head share". That's a short term expectation as when they invariably start trading at a premium, they'll more likely be "held" as an option.
