3G Coal New IPO

I was sent an investor presentation on 3G Coal, a new IPO. A quick read tells me that they have a significant metallurgical coal project, ULV PCI deposit (2.2 - 3.3Bt resource), in British Columbia (Canada). Looks pretty good, cheap valuation and not a lot of shares on issue. K S Capital in Sydney are behind it. MD looks pretty impressive as well.

What do you guys think?

I see that two of the directors are also ex-Atrum Coal which went from $20m market cap to over $250m market cap when it listed in 2012. Times are pretty good for metallurgical coal.
