Are you really that surprised, the same person that is man/dir of 3dg/3di & 333d (pertile) is also the founder of this company.

3dg/3di abandoned the large printers and all of the manufacturing equipment at the Thomastown factory because they would not pay the rent for the first 12 months (20 months now in total) (identified as a creditor for 12 months only by admin).

They also got rid of the person (director) that designed the first 3 large printers v1, v2 and v3. A person with 30+ years exp in engineering.

Then placed the company into va because they thought they were going to be insolvent.

Note; they are still using the v3 design. The inventor of the v3 has replaced it with the v4 it has been improved on and could see it's way on to the open source arena. It has not been published yet though.
The v4 is said to have a build cost of under 20k and is larger than any of the 333d machines.

You really have to ask yourself some important questions about this management.

I'm not saying I would sell my shares if I had any, but I would be a little concerned reading the last posts in this thread.
