3DM buys out Mach7 $60M deal signed, page-44

Very common for a stock to trade around levels where the CR was done.

A lot of supply turned up today. But on a positive note 3DM cleared out a bunch of stale stock = Less resistance to higher prices down the track.

Make sure you check broker data for the week after 6th November. Wilson HTM acted as lead manger so you will be able to see if they sold any and how sticky the clients they put in this are.

With the deal not wrapped up until January i wouldn't expect too much movement until then. I'm simply basing this off my past experiences in SPP and raising of this nature, but anything can happen.

The Tech they are acquiring is great. I see 3DM becoming a gem in the new year.
