It's just a single line along the highway, it's not going to help much. It's good from a scientific point of view to develop understanding of the whole region but it's not going to cover any prospects or anything to drill.
It doesn't stop OBL from having to fund seismic over the block for actual drilling targets. It's a bit of a tease really having someone do a line through the permit and not actually look at anything worth looking at for exploration purposes.
