There is no doubt 3d printing is a great technology.
The main thing the prospectus quite rightly points out is the risk risk risk risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Huge risk. Not only because this is the second attempt by these guys but is also one with out the founder of ART3D, Jason Simpson. He is the guy that designed built and developed the very large 3d printers this company sold many ozb shares off the back of in 2014.

For many that don't know, 3dg/3di was placed into voluntary administration on 24/12/2014 for reasons 3 of the directors would rather not go into.
The 4th director Jason Simpson gives his version to many media sources.. Google it.

Ever since the VA, this company seems to be in a bad place. I say this because they have not been able to post one picture of anything they have been able to do since VA.
Not one thing they can use to get investors cash off them.

How would these guys make money you may be wondering..
Well they say they are resellers for Creopop pen, A 3d printer from America. And a reseller for a larger very expensive 3d printing company out of Singapore.
Who in this country are going to buy these 3d printers? Ford, Holden? Ohh yeah, there is no Holden or ford anymore.. So who else will buy one of these printers? Not really sure any wise company would consider 3d printing in this country. I would suggest less than 1% of Australian manufactures should buy a 3d printer.

3d printing is no good for production.
    3d printing has many limitations.
3d printing is not a technology that is approved by Australia's medical authority.
3d printing takes a long long time to print anything.
Newer 3d printing technologies by companies like HP and other global hard hitters are just about to emerge. The new patented technologies by HP as an example are said to be up to 25x faster and cheaper to run with make all other older 3d print technology look a poor commercial choice.

So this company also say they are going to print medical models. Why would anyone buy a model of these people when they have basically no experience in 3d printing, they don't have access to the right multicoloured multi material printers the competition use.
Have a look at all the different companies that sell medical models https://www.google.com.au/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=medical models They have been doing it for a long long time too.
What about patient specific models you may ask. Hospitals don't either own their own 3d printer or know the companies that do this already.

3d print for the AFL you might ask. That's a joke. For a start you wouldn't print a figurine of a player unless you have a full colour 3d printer. 333d do have such a printer. They bought one of My3dAvatar.
My3dAvatar couldn't make money from scanning and 3d printing people because the printer is too expensive to run and other companies can do it better and cheaper.

What about the online 3d printing place where people can buy and download 3d printables. Come one.
The company thinks they can get people to contribute these models so 333d can make money off them. People have tried that and it did not go down well with the 3d printing community.
How are they going to defend themselves against the highly litigious Stratasys/The Thingiverse.. Not well I will suggest.
