They might still have to deal with ASIC if it is found that any breaches may have occurred. But Jason could still attempt to withdraw any complaints that he may have made.
But they do have a chance to make things right with jason. It isn't too late yet.

If you look at the related companies and the charts for the start of the year, you will notice a big decline from March.

If I was a big investor, I would understand what VA really means and I would think twice in investing in any one (especially an FCPA) that has needed to use VA. VA after all, is an admission that one has failed to finance a company to the point of insolvency or there is a chance of insolvency. So much for accounting skills.

I would still like Mr Conidi AND Pertile to make a public statement to their shareholders.
I believe it is the right and fair thing to do.

Transparency, you can trust. Secrets and withholding the facts are always questionable IMO.
