The 200k Had a deed of release and a non compete attached to it.
That contract that he had to sign to get any money would have cost jason more than 200k.
The equipment was abandoned in the factory in Thomastown. I think it's all still there.
Jason couldn't take it, it wasn't his to take.
Jason still can release new and improved designs, but he wants to try and preserve the shareholders interests. He feels that they are just as much victims in this as he is.
Jason has always had the interests of the shareholders in mind. He says, they don't deserve to be burnt and hoped that Conidi would eventually do the right thing. I think he's dreaming myself. I really don't think Conidi will do the right thing. I don't think he has that sort of business acumen.
Jason tried to inform every investor as best he could.
