The ABC talked to asic and were told otherwise. So has Jason. Jason has proof and has published it.

I can't talk for ozb or asic as to why you were told that that's' if you are being accurate in your post.
ASIC have a strict policy of not telling people on the phone about investigations, They make a public statement when they are ready to tell others.
This hasn't happened because it has not concluded.

Facts are clear. The company was placed into va because the 3 directors could not buy jason's shares.
All you have to do is look at the ART3D fb page to see all the documents that support his claims.

You should realise that if jason or myself post's anything that's is not true and can not be substantiated, deformation action will take place. This has not happened simply because it can all be proven.
Just because you don't like what you hear, bad luck it's that truth. It would be regarded as discriminatory by HC to not allow people with not so pleasing news and information to let other shareholders know what is happening.
Are you saying that Jason sold his shares? Or are you willing to admit they took his shares with out payment.

Look at the facts in a logical way for a minute.
3dg/3di WAS placed into va on the 24th of november 2014.
The company had $310,734.89 in the bank at the time.
No one was calling an any debt.
Jason is determined to take action after asic take action.
