You should ask them if it was infact them who caused the company to enter into VA or John Conidi (CEO). You could them tell them how you feel about that. There's lot's of things you can ask them.
Given that Jason was the founder, designer, inventor and only engineer involved in the company, how do you see the company being ran by accountants.
What is to stop Jason from giving all of the company's ideas away to the competition or further developing the technology for someone else?
Have they protected your investment from that?
You should ask them if it was infact them who caused the company...
