Page 54 - reliance on key suppliers and material contract risk for 3DM as it has material contracts with CAJ.ASX and 3D Group.

Page 62 - HOA between 3DM and 3D Group.

If you understand the significant of a prospectus in particular the process of a prospectus and the risk that any misrepresentation in a prospectus has, you will no doubt appreciate the relationship between 3DM and 3D Group.

Why would the HOA between OZB & 3DG have anything to do with 3DM?? The transaction is between OZB & 3DG.

Stop posting negative sentiment when you clearly have not understood the proposed transaction and the relationship between 3DM & 3DG.

I'd also suggest you research the actual purpose of a VA, not your interpretation. The purpose of a VA actually is to avoid liquidation and the outcomes are for different reasons! Yes, the company may be insolvent but the VA is to avoid liquidation and have the opportunity to enter into arrangements with creditors or sell/transfer the business.

So to clarify your incorrect understanding, clearly the purpose of the VA was to transfer the business to 333D to be able to progress with the proposed transaction with OZB.
