I suggest you DYOR before you make unsubstantiated and incorrect comments on a public forum. Very misleading.
Firstly, I suggest you research the relationship between 3DM and 333D Group (formerly 3D Group). They are affiliated entities/businesses with the same director. Once you've had a chance to research the relationship you can remove your comment from above.
Secondly, have you actually read the HOA? There are specific conditions in the HOA one in which states that the former OZB directors are to be replaced by those nominated by 333D. That person is John Conidi.
Thirdly, yes the lack of information is frustrating, however, the build up of volume over the last week suggests that something may be "brewing". Due Diligence processes take time and given the delay we have had with the "VOLUNTARY" Administration it is no surprise that we are still waiting.
