Effectively the schedule has been pushed back again. It's the second time too. If you might recall the lodgement of the prospectus was originally going to be 23 may 2014 and then in it was supposed to happen 28th april and now 26th of august.
OZB do have a history of deals gone wrong, I wouldn't count my chickens before they hatch.
Don't forget the people in charge of 3dg/3di did go into VA and there was Garbon Potash with OZB, that deal went sour. Cost OZB over 100k too. And there was the beer side of the company.
I understand OZB don't make beer or sell beer. Nor do they have anything to do with any beer company.
The half yearly report is way overdue from OZB and this latest announcement is still subject to the ASX and ASIC.
It's just smoke again.
