Just uncovered this info.
I just looked up companies using this address,

81 Lorimer Street
Level 3
Docklands
61-3-9348-3380
Capital Health use that address and so did Street Capital for a short time.
This inspired me into looking further.

What I also found out 333d's address is registered at 227 Abbottsford rd North Melbourne.
Same address as Ascot Partners.
AND
3d graphtech and Kibaran share the same address of 338 Hay Street, Subiaco, WA 6008
What I found really interesting is that ozb and Trident Capital share the same address of Level 24
44 St Georges Terrace
PERTH WA 6000

While 3d group's last know address was in Thomastown Vic 3074

What is interesting about all this is the clear connections of these related companies.

If you look at the facilitation shares and the companies involved with the original ozb-3dg reverse take over, you will see
that Street, Ascot and Trident were to get 1/3 of the facilitation shares and cash each.
Sounds like a bit of nest feathering to me.
These things aren't easy to see with out a bit of homework.

I also note that a lot of the shareholders that have been changed over from 3dg to 333d, are using the 227 Abbottsford rd North Melbourne address too?

I have also found out that directors of ozb have a connection to trident.
A director of street was a BIG shareholder in 3dg. One of the second biggest shareholders, but if you included the shares street were to get he would be the biggest. Not only that He is a third owner of Ascot partners.
It's certainly interesting enough to get my curiosity.
