3DM and 3D Group are related companies - they have common management.
This explains the recent spike in OZB by over 120% in the last 2 trading days (potential reverse takeover for 3D Group - well the former 3D Group which is now 333D).

It appears that 3DM is the medical arm for 3D printing whilst 3D Group (now 333D) is the retail arm.
Going to be interesting to see how OZB and 3DM collaborate and if there is room for 2 listed companies.
