There's not going to be another bidder.
If KCN falls then expect AND to fall too.
If KCN withdraws the bid then expect AND to really get hit.
Despite today's drop in KCN - which is currently recovering, purchasing at 38.5 cents is a cheap entry into KCN which traded at $5.90 eight minutes ago.
38.5 cents seller!!
