$4,000,000 in equity held by the company, annual profits look very healthy but the trajectory of income looks worrying if June was representative of where they're headed. You'd have to ask why the company was sold of/recapitalised if the headline profit of $1,500,000 was expected to continue (the recent raising was for $2,000,000, surely not a huge ask as a loan from the bank if you're profits are remaining healthy?).
Currently only operating in Malaysia but with admittedly big partners, if they could expand in the region they could do very well, but they're operating in a very competitive area.
