    This is the most suspect deal I have seen in years. Basically TTV management reckon TTV and its current business is a dead horse so to speak....so they swamp the register with a reverse takeover of a business that no one knows.

    Priority One where are your financials ?

    Would love to be part of the Due Diligence. To me this is just an inflated backdoor listing. The price used 4c is just the maths of it.

    Anyway we await further news
