Yes Canaccord did include the capital raising in their Jan 2017; in big bold red letters....
The CR is in the numbers as well!!
My view is that its leaky because:
... those who know the stock are maxed out
... nobody else is looking
... and private investors are nervous by nature!!
btw Canaccord have been ramping the stock since listing but that's not the fault of Management!!
