Interesting the update comes out a week after they announce, but now less then a month before the meeting takes place. The update gives a lot of warm and fuzzy words, some appear to be good company direction but very little regarding figures so we get a true picture.
Seems to be glossed over so members will vote "For" points mentioned in the upcoming meeting.
Even the update in my view shows they are making deals and spending time, effort and money without any figures of profit mentioned. Why expand when there are no profits? We can assume there are no profits otherwise it would be mentioned.
Just my opinion but again I emphasis the timing of this update and how management make out their on top of things when they aren't and perhaps dictated variables outside of their control.
