Wiseman :  much of the news has already been factored into the share price.  That's why they're not touching it and the remaining funding whilst a positive development is unlikely to have much impact on price either.    1: power supply announcement share price went backwards.  2 : shipping of smelters announcement share price went backwards.  3 : initial 2M deposit received price unchanged.  My advice would be come back in six months time and reassess the situation.  And I don't have much confidence in Fofo.  If he was committed he would be buying on market to support his position.
