Sent my "stern" email yesterday & got a reply back. I got my message to them loud & clear. I told them how many I hold & will be voting no.
Pls folks, for those that havent voiced their disapproval, do it today because it all adds up.
And good on those that have emailed.
I have never seen such unfairness in a long time.
LLP has great assets. LLP is a leader in Senior retirement.
LLC needs to pay close to the NTA & Yes even a Premium. What happened to paying a T/O premiums these days.
The other thing I mentioned is that LLC can exchange cash & LLC shares provided it is at a ensible price. This way we have CGT rollover relief & LLP/LLC divies.
