    Dont forget the 105 million quoted options, plus the 28 million unquoted options.

    They are not in the money now but will be later one imagines. Those that run their ruler over the compamy will always included the options in a FULLY DILUTED MC

    If you take them into account, it is not trading at a discount to the MC ... more like level.
