Looking at the last annual report, two companies each held exactly 3 mil shares each. Both were associated with Kevin Seymour.
Given it was a crossed trade, I suspect it may have been a transfer between his different entities for tax management purposes.
Look out for a possible Change in Directors Interest notice to give some more clues.
