Lets say (God forbid) that we can get to ZERO. We still only produce 4% of China's output.

Labor wants a 45% reduction by 2030 so output will be say 0.5% on current world out put.
Just let the jungles (our natures carbon sink do the heavy lifting), but we will have to reward those countries blessed with this natural resource.

It's a token gesture at best that is going to cost the economy massively.
