Thirty Philadelphia-area shopping centers could be among a portfolio of 588 U.S. retail centers being sold, Bloomberg reported Monday.
Centro Properties Group plans to sell its U.S. retail portfolio for $9.4 billion, according to the report, which cited sources familiar with the deal. The buyer would be Blackstone Group LP, the world?s largest private-equity firm.
The centers would include neighborhood shopping centers, malls and related commercial space in 39 states.
