Based on the credit of Win management, it seems it is a leaky ship so someone have inside news before the Ann out......

There is no way someone could sold shares relentlessly given Ann is pending for reasons that they either ...beforehand or they has no any confidence of Win could hit any pay dirt due to lack if preparation and testing and any necessary homework...so that drilling is deemed lacking of chance of success....

Someone sold Boa due to what Win did is quite arbitry to me because when you pick up the next possible Nova like hit, Boa had done a lot than others to increase the chance of being success and decrease the risk.....

At only 10m Mc, what else those of who sold could found at current market for Boa had done and could offer?

You could learn and grow how to actually compare things with same or similar features, not just in a similar location......
