I wish I shared you optimism about the CEO.

Unfortunately IMHO having looked back at previous announcements it is clear that his tenure was only interrupted for a short period as CEO and he continued to be active on the board as their main shareholder, so must have clearly had a leading role in all key decisions which have the company in their current position.

So I am not sure he is the messiah, you are hoping for!!!!

May be for the good of their sustainability and survival he should step away, as he may be part of the common symptom rather than the cure, just my thoughts.
