Who's recommendation did you follow? A broker or mate? I think it would pay to take a longer-term view of the company (However painful that might be in the near term).

Patience is required. Management have provided and update and guidance.

IMO there were a number of reasons for the long over due rally of recent times and while it would be nice if management were able to tell us why it happened, I don't believe it is their job to do so. Better for them to be focusing on the turn-around of the operations. It is my understanding that the management take-over of smokey hills operations are on track and that we would have heard from the company if this process was coming along above or below expectations. So I think we can take something positive away from the fact that we have not heard any news.

Here are some other macro stories which I have read today and found interesting on a few levels, which may help? The first below (on ARM - a JV partner of PLA) was of particular interest. In terms of take-over and their strengths in development (Kalplats).

Hope this information helps while you're waiting on news from the company. I still think we could have 2-3 announcements in the coming weeks, which should no doubt help clear the air and help us all better understand the future direction of the company.
